Use Of The Site
Martial Arts Toolkit provides training support tools for martial arts students and instructors. The tools are for planning, practice, and education. They are not a replacement for qualified instruction, supervision, or appropriate safety judgement.
Accounts
Account sign-in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for using an email address or sign-in provider you control, keeping access secure, and choosing a strong password if you use email/password sign-in. You can delete your Martial Arts Toolkit account from the account page. Club owners can opt into selected release-summary emails and turn that preference off from the same page. Release emails are optional and are not sent for every deployment.
Saved Content
You can save combos and lesson plans for your own use. You are responsible for reviewing any generated or saved training content before using it in class or practice.
Safety
Martial arts training can involve physical risk. Always train within your ability, use suitable supervision, and adapt any drills or lesson plans to the people taking part.
Digital Consent Forms
A club that enables digital consent forms is responsible for the wording, signer rules, renewal period, jurisdiction, retention policy, accessible alternatives and decision to let someone take part. Martial Arts Toolkit records the exact version and signing evidence but does not provide legal advice or club-specific consent wording. Signers must use their own legal name and may only sign as a parent or guardian where they have authority to do so.
Staff must not sign on a student's or guardian's behalf. A club may record receipt of a paper form, an exemption, or a reasoned attendance override; those records do not turn an unsigned electronic form into an electronic signature.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid toolkit plans are billed through Stripe at the listed price, which includes VAT. Clubs can choose monthly billing or pay annually in advance to save 25% against 12 monthly payments. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Toolkit plan payments carry no additional transaction fee.
Club Payments
Clubs can accept online payments from students and parents (for example shop orders and membership payments). These payments are processed by Stripe directly on the club's own Stripe account, so the club is the seller of record and payments appear on the payer's statement under the club's name. Martial Arts Toolkit deducts a platform fee of 1% per transaction, taken automatically from each payment; Stripe's standard processing fees are paid by the club from its Stripe account, as with any Stripe business. The price shown to the payer is exactly what they are charged.
Refunds for club payments are issued by the club (or by our support team on the club's behalf) through Stripe, and refunded orders are updated automatically in the toolkit. Clubs remain responsible for the goods, services and memberships they sell; Martial Arts Toolkit provides the payment tooling.
Refer a club
An eligible club owner can share their unique referral code or link with another club. The new club must attach the code while creating the club or before completing its first paid Toolkit Checkout. An abandoned or expired Checkout where no payment was completed does not prevent the club from attaching a code and starting again. If it then makes its first full-price Toolkit subscription payment and passes the qualifying review, both clubs receive the Toolkit account credit shown in the referral journey. The current launch offer is £150 per club after a 14-day qualifying period. Credit is applied to future Toolkit invoices, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may reach an annual club's next renewal rather than create a cash refund.
The referring club must have an active paid Toolkit subscription when the referral qualifies. Under the current launch offer, a club can receive rewards for up to five successful referrals in a calendar year. The reward value, qualifying period, annual limit and policy version presented when the referred club starts Checkout are recorded for that referral, so a later offer change does not alter the accepted reward. Referral rewards cannot be combined with another introductory discount or promotion. Self-referrals, duplicate clubs, related accounts created to obtain credit, and other misuse are not eligible. If the qualifying payment is refunded, disputed, or the subscription ends during the qualifying period, the reward is cancelled; credit already issued because of a later refund or dispute may be removed from the clubs' Toolkit balances.
Reward places are reserved when an eligible referred club starts Checkout and may remain reserved while that Checkout is open. If no place is available, payment is not taken unless the referred club owner explicitly chooses to subscribe at the normal price without a referral reward for either club.
Availability
Martial Arts Toolkit is provided as-is. We aim to keep the tools useful and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that generated content will always be error-free.
