Complimentary setup service
Moving a club onto new software is the part everyone dreads: typing in every student, every class, every grade. You do not have to. Upload your admin files securely inside your club and our team will have it fully set up within 24 hours of receiving them, at no cost.
Prefer to do it yourself? The guided tours inside your club walk you through every part at your own pace. The setup service is there whenever you want it.
How it works
Tick the parts of the club you would like us to do - when you create your club, or from your Onboarding page. Leave a phone number if you would rather talk it through.
Your student list, timetable, syllabus and price list upload securely on the same page - straight into your club rather than over email. Spreadsheets, exports from your old system or photos of paperwork are all fine, and we will ask if anything is missing.
We set everything up and check it over. Your club is fully set up within 24 hours of us receiving the information, and we let you know when it is done.

These are the same boxes you will see when you create your club.
What to upload
You upload your files on your club's Onboarding page, or when you create the club. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text or image files, up to 3 MB each.
Your files are encrypted in transit, scanned for malware and used only to set up your club. They are completely removed from our servers once your setup is complete.
Who can use it

For 30 days after a club is created, its Onboarding page asks whether you would like us to set it up. Same boxes, same secure upload.
