Reverse crescent kick circling back across the line
Key steps
- Chamber the leg for a crescent action with the hips loose enough to let the foot reverse back across the line.
- Circle the foot in the reverse crescent path with the leg extending enough to keep the arc clear and clean.
- Maintain control through the supporting leg and core so the motion stays crisp instead of wild.
- Recover the leg smoothly and place it down into stance with balance restored.

- Keep the supporting leg strong and stable.
- Chamber and re-chamber the kicking leg cleanly.
- Do not sacrifice posture just to reach higher.
