Key steps

  1. Chamber the front kick before or as the jump begins.
  2. Drive the knee and hips upward together so the kick does not float aimlessly.
  3. Extend sharply at the top of the jump with the torso still controlled.
  4. Land softly with bent knees and recover to stance immediately.
