Rear-hand straight high punch to the face line.
Key steps
- Begin from a balanced stance with the rear hand chambered.
- Rotate the hips and shoulders together as the rear fist punches to head height.
- Keep the line direct and avoid lifting the shoulder.
- Finish grounded through the stance and recover under control.
Coaching points
- Drive the rear side through the target with hip turn.
- Keep the chin down and the shoulder relaxed.
- Finish long through the punch, then recover under control.
