Rear-hand straight middle-level punch driven by hip rotation.
Key steps
- Start in front stance or fighting stance with the rear hand chambered.
- Pull the lead hand back as the rear fist drives straight to stomach level.
- Rotate the hips from half-facing to square near impact.
- Finish with the rear shoulder and hip connected and recover in balance.
