Rear-hand straight middle-level punch driven by hip rotation.

Key steps

  1. Start in front stance or fighting stance with the rear hand chambered.
  2. Pull the lead hand back as the rear fist drives straight to stomach level.
  3. Rotate the hips from half-facing to square near impact.
  4. Finish with the rear shoulder and hip connected and recover in balance.
